A visa is required yet procedure is simpler than in Vietnam. You can obtain your visa upon arrival without applying for visa approval letter in advance. You must submit your valid passport, a passport photo and 35 USD for stamping fees.
The visa to Laos is obtained upon arrival in the country without any prior process.
Requirements to obtain the visa:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry and passport size photograph.
