Mui Ne

Phan Thiet is the capital city of Binh Thuan province, known for its pristine beaches, unique sand dunes, vibrant fishing harbors, and picturesque fishing villages. The land used to be a cultural center of the Champa Kingdom which governed most of ancient Southeast Asia.

Phan Thiet enjoys beautiful coastal climate with year-round sunshine and relatively low humidity. Albeit less vibrant than Hanoi or Saigon, Phan Thiet is asserting itself as a promising destination with much to offer. Blessed with a long coastline, the city boasts some best beaches in Vietnam with gorgeous sand, sun, and sea, especially in Mui Ne.

• Red sand dunes: Mui Ne has uniquely shaped red and white sand dunes which are fun to slide down. The Red Sand Dunes are closer to Mui Ne Beach, yet smaller and less spectacular than the White Sand Dunes.
