100% TAILOR-MADE TOUR

Among the famous tourist cities in Vietnam, Hue is the most unique. It is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing city, rich in nature, architecture, and art.

Hue is also the only city in Vietnam that has a poetic river flow its way through the city. Perfume River and the historic Trang Tien Bridge have become a symbol of Hue romance and charm.

Hue is best known for its Imperial Citadel, Royal Mausoleums, and iconic pagodas. Not only a favorite destination for architectural enthusiasts, but Hue also makes a mecca for gastronomes in Vietnam. The city boasts a rich and fantastic cuisine. About two thousands of Vietnamese traditional dishes take origins from Hue and eating and drinking has become a refined art in this old capital of Vietnam.

  • Hue Imperial  Citadel: Nguyen Emperors had used thousands of laborers to build this mighty citadel, encompassing three circles of ramparts: the Defensive Fort (Capital City), the Imperial City and the Forbidden Purple City.
  • Thien Mu pagoda was built in 1601 to worship the Thien Mu or Celestial Goddess. Its greatest hallmark is Phuoc Duyen Tower, a striking 21 meters octagonal tower overlooking Perfume River.
  • Minh Mang Tomb is one of the two largest compounds among the royal tombs in Hue. Its magnificent architecture represents nothing but the majesty of the emperor.
  • Tu Duc Tomb covers an area of 12 hectares with nearly 50 constructions that include lakes, mounts, palaces, pavilions, temples and altars, protected by a thick wall curving around a hill.
  • Khai Dinh Tomb, also known as Ung's grave, is the tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh, the twelfth king of the Nguyen dynasty. The architectural work has a harmonious combination between European modernity and the classic characteristics of Vietnam. Currently, compared to other mysterious tombs in Vietnam, the Tomb of Khai Dinh has been relatively intact and possessed a unique architecture. Emperor Khai Dinh decided to locate his imperial tomb at the foot of the Chau Chu mountain, 9 kilometers south of the city of Hue. In comparison with the rest of the imperial tombs, this imperial tomb is small in extension, little more than 5600 square meters; however, its construction, decoration, and details are very elaborate.
  • Perfume River: A holiday in Hue is incomplete without a boat trip on the romantic Perfume River, which gracefully winds around vast mountains, hills, lush jungle then brings tropical aroma to flow its way through the historical city.
  • Thuy Bieu eco-village is a peaceful and little explored village of around 7km from Hue Centre. It is nestled among luxuriant gardens of green tea fruit, a specialty of Hue.
  • Dong Ba Market: Filled with charm and history, Dong Ba market is an ideal place to get an insight of the local culture, to taste local cuisine and pick up lovely souvenirs.
